List of European Country Codes

I’ve needed this in every ZenCart install so far to set up European specific country codes:

BE,BG,CZ,DK,DE,EE,IE,EL,ES,FR,IT,CY,LV,LT,LU,HU,MT,NL,AT,PL,PT,RO,SI,SK,FI,SE
